Cancellations may be refundable for dinner tickets if they can be resold. A wait list will be maintained for each dinner. [Processing fees cannot be refunded.] Again, contact Laura Lodge.

Seating is first come, first seated after those with reserved seats.  Those not seated may not be able to taste the beer and/or food being featured with the seminar. In order to guarantee your seminar seats you must purchase a reserved seat for a $10 donation to the Vail Valley Charitable Fund (or purchase a reserved seat package).
